ART DIRECTOR CONCEPT

You are a creative and enthusiastic Designer with a deep love and understanding for the fashion and lifestyle industry. We are currently looking for a full-time position for an Art Director to concept fashion shoots and to develop brand strategies under the guidance of the Senior Art Director. The role requires a balance between creative work and the photo production workflow. THE ROLE

  • * Concept and Art Direct fashion and lifestyle photoshoots and video concepts based on client briefings
  • * Develop brand strategies
  • * Collaborate with a team of in house Graphic Designers and Photographers
  • * Proven Experience communicating with clients directly and managing projects independently
  • * Partner with producers to help manage shoot coordination, logistics and budgets
  • * Explore and present new design ideas. Propose and explore new creative concepts for social media platforms

THE QUALIFICATIONS

  • * Minimum bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related area
  • * 3+ years of relevant creative direction experience.
  • * Proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
  • * Strong portfolio of relevant concepting work demonstrating an ability to produce on-brand creative.
  • * Keen eye and understanding of image composition and lighting.
  • * Background in video work is a bonus.
  • * Relevant freelance network and industry ties.
  • * Understanding of shoot production, experience in managing budgets.
  • * Ability to intuit global design trends
  • * Knowledge of social media platforms

GRAPHIC DESIGNER

You are a creative and enthusiastic Graphic Design with a deep love and understanding for the fashion and lifestyle industry. We are currently offering a full-time position for a Graphic Designer.

THE ROLE

  • * You’ll be responsible for presentations of visual concepts
  • * You’ll be the innovator of Corporate Identity
  • * Assist the execution of creative concepts
  • * Create visual designs that effectively communicate seasonal concepts and brand identity
  • * Design logotypes, logos and icons
  • * You’ll take part in storytelling across multiple mediums and platforms– from print to digital touchpoints, across all devices
  • * Work with print and packaging
  • * Concept for fashion and lifestyle photoshoots, video concepts based on client briefings
  • * Develop brand strategies
  • * Collaborate with a team of in house Graphic Designers and Photographers
  • * Partner with producers to help manage shoot coordination, logistics and budgets

THE QUALIFICATIONS

  • * Minimum 1-3 years of digital agency/design studio experience. Experience within fashion and luxury is an asset
  • * Experience in physical design including packaging
  • * Proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, Sketch and Illustrator
  • * Understanding of color theory, layouts and visual compositions
  • * Understanding typography and knowledge of graphic files for print and digital deliveries
  • * Digital experience in webdesign and e-commerce
  • * Strong portfolio of relevant concepting work demonstrating an ability to produce on-brand creative
  • * Keen eye and understanding of image composition and lighting
  • * Background in video work is a bonus.

OFFICE MANAGER/IN / PRODUCER/IN

Wir suchen ab sofort neue(n) Producer/in & Office Manager/in in Festanstellung (40h Woche). Als Producer/in und Office Manager/in stellen Zahlen und Buchhaltungs-Basics für dich kein Problem dar. Du bist ein Organisationstalent und hast Lust auf kreative Projekte, Leidenschaft für Mode und ein Gespür für Trends. ZU DEINEN AUFGABEN GEHÖREN:

  • * Büroorganisation (Telefon, Vor- und Nachbereitung von Meetings, Postbearbeitung, Ablage, vorbereitende Buchhaltung, Kassenführung, interne Reiseplanung/Reisekostenabrechnungen, Kuriere etc.) und Einkauf (u.a. Bestellung von Büromaterialien, Getränke, etc.)
  • * Organisation und Durchführung von Film- und Foto-Produktionen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Kreativ-Team (Budgetverantwortung und laufende Dokumentation, Planung und Koordination aller Abläufe und Mitarbeiter, Casting, vorbereitende Buchhaltung)

DEINE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

  • * Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und/oder 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Mode-, Redaktion-, E-Commerce und/oder Video-Produktion (bestenfalls mit eigenem Producer-Netzwerk)
  • * Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Office Management und Project-Management wünschenswert
  • * Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office Programmen (fundierte Kenntnisse in Excel)
  • * Schnelle Auffassungsgabe
  • * Sehr gute Organisations-Skills
  • * Hohes Maß an Einsatzbereitschaft, Motivation, Eigeninitiative und Flexibilität Kommunikatives und professionelles Auftreten
  • * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englisch-Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
